WINDSOR Job Description Job Title: Store Assistant Manager Reports to: Store Manager FLSA: Non-Exempt Salary Grade Level: 4 Job Expectations and Performance Standards: Windsor expects great job performance. Job Summary: Store Sales Leader provides support for store operations and provides sales directing for sales team. Ensures compliance is met for all company programs, guidelines, policies and procedures. Holds keys and follows store opening and closing procedures. Treats customers and co-workers with dignity and respect Essential Job Functions: Include the following and other duties may be assigned. ? Achieves Gold Star Program standards ? Delegates daily sales directing and store checklist duties ? Assists in conducting training and recruiting ? Controls shrink and expenses ? Enforces and follows all company policies, procedures, guidelines and programs ? Ensures work environment is safe and clean at all times ? Prepares schedule and maintains proper staffing within payroll budget ? Maintains company Visuals standards ? Makes Deposits Qualifications/Requirements: ? Minimum 2 years Retail Management experience or 6 months at Windsor working at a Store ? Computer/Internet skills including Microsoft Office applications ? Proven leadership experience ? Proven experience in multi-tasking and organization ? Ability to develop and motivate a team of up to 20 employees ? Able to resolve complaints and problems as they arise from customers and associates ? Communicates well and effectively in a one and one setting and in a group setting ? Able to travel and drive as needed Physical/Environmental Demands: Frequently stands, walks, observes, communicates and reads. Regularly moves and pushes. Counts and writes to accurately complete documentation. Must be able to; access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area, and register area, operate and use all equipment necessary to run the store, climb ladders, move or handle merchandise throughout the store generally weighing from 0-25 pounds and work varied hours/days to oversee store operations. Environment is fast paced and indoor temperature conditions apply.
